- Custom Orders: Customers can place custom orders for clothing by providing measurements via video call or by visiting the store in person. Customization services are non-refundable once work has started.
- Ready-made Orders: Orders for ready-made clothing and fabrics can be made online or in-store. All items will be shipped after payment confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment is due at the time of order and can be made through various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, and direct bank transfers.

- Ready-made items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the product, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Customers must cover the return shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged during delivery.
