Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
• To cancel, please send an email to mangaiyartextiles3@gmail.com with your Order ID.
• After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible, as orders are processed for shipping.

Return & Refund Policy:

• No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective due to production issues.
• Defective Products:
  • If you receive a defective product, please record an opening video of the product package upon receipt.
  • Contact us immediately at mangaiyartextiles3@gmail.com with the video and details about the product and defect.
  • Return the defective item to:

• Once we receive the returned product, we will assess the issue and notify you whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
• If eligible for a replacement and the product is available, we will dispatch a replacement within 7-10 business days.
• If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used.
